He was predeceased by: his brother Darcy Caldwell (Darc). He is survived by: his daughter Amanda; his parents, David Caldwell and Linda Caldwell; and his siblings, Karen Greenhalgh (Chris), Christie Sotelo (Stephen) and Kenny Caldwell (Adrianna).
