She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Evelyn Kabakoff and Abraham Kabakoff; her husband Eddie Joseph; her stepson Mike Joseph (Vanessa); her granddaughters, Zoe and Alexa; her stepdaughter Robin Rassell (Jeff); her grandchildren, Derek and Brooke; and her siblings, Diane Smith (Fred) and Alan Kabakoff (Kristina). She was also cherished by four nieces and eight grand nieces and nephews.
