He is survived by: his wife Sue of Page; his stepchildren, Holly Skulstad of Carson City, NV and Erik Skulstad (Jennifer) of Omaha, NE; his grandchildren, Catherine of Omaha, NE, Benjamin of Omaha, NE and Margaret of Omaha, NE; and his sister Sharon Axdahl of Devils Lake, ND. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
