She was predeceased by: her father Orson Spencer Swapp. She is survived by: her mother MaryAnn Johnson Swapp of Kanab; her husband Richard; her children, Kayla Hansen (George) of St, Shanna Morrill (Brian) of Norfolk, VA, Melissa McEntire (George) of St and Ricky McEntire of Ephraim, Utah; and her siblings, John Swapp (Sharon) of Springville and Gwen Brown (Dave) of Kanab. She is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, & cousins.
