She is survived by: her mother Marva Carter Middleton; her brother Jeff Middleton; her daughters, Amber Ashdown, Whitney Ashdown, Samantha Nay and Savannah Byars; and her grandchildren, Brielle, Jaycee, Kyson, Elijah, Melea, Nation, Gabe, Grae, Brennen, Lennox, Emerson, Haven, Graci and Brayden. She is also survived by three nieces.
