He is survived by: his spouse Richelle Cram; his children, Miki, Travis and Trevor (Dani); his grandchildren, Easton, Cardon and Stetson Stan; and his siblings, Donna Hall (Don), Karl Pymm (Pat), Jackie Johnson (Doyle) and Stana Goldman (Charles). He is also survived by friends who both he and his children.
