He was predeceased by: his father Max Alan Thompson. He is survived by: his children, Taft Allan Thompson, Katrina Joy Thompson and Holli Pamela Thompson; his wife Pamela; his mother Ellen Thompson; and his siblings, Shelly Morris, Wendy Moon, Becky Opoulos, Cory Thompson, Matthew Thompson, Nathan Thompson and Jude Ford. He is also survived by the youngest of five siblings, and was a kind and loving brother.
