He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernal Dennis Wardle and Mary Evelyn Wardle (Thompson). He is survived by: his former wife Julie Ann Adams (Howells); his children, Kellie Gonzalez (David Gonzalez) of St George, Brandon Wardle (Michelle Christensen Wardle) of Saratoga Springs, Cody Wardle (Jessica Wardle) of Hurricane and Holly Azouz (Azzedine Azouz) of Surprise, Arizona.; his grandchildren, Jamin, Bella, Alivia, Jasher, Grayson, Gianna, Hallee, Carter, Daxon, Jet, Lucy, Aaliyah, Logan and Charles; his pet Roxy; and his siblings, Lynn Wardle (Marian), Marie Mosher (Almon), William "Bill" Wardle (Mari), Marlene Elsmore (Richard) and John Wardle (Michelle).
