With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Terrence Lee (Saint George, Utah), born in Saint Joseph, Illinois, who passed away on November 10, 2018 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his sisters, Cheryl Griffin and Susan Cox; his children, Melissa Stepler and Ricky Middlesworth; and his sons-in-law, Daniel Stepler and Ben Azarraga.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to the PAN Foundation or the Intermountain Healthcare Primary Children's Hospital.
