He is survived by: his mother Lamola Howell; his children, Merrill, Bill Burrows, Rachelle Palmer and Nancy Carter; his grandchildren, Macy, Hyatt, Hanya, Marclen, Mishai, Colin, Samara Burrows, Emallee, Elizabeth Christiansen, Isabelle and Charlie Palmer; and his great grandchild Ziyhier Burrows. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
