It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winifred Barney (Saint George, Utah), who passed away on December 11, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Roger K. Barney; her stepchildren, Brian Barney, Randy Barney, Tammy Barney and Deborah Barney; her nieces, Leslie C. Dodge, Patricia L. Schroeder and Deborah S. Koontz; and her nephew Roger A. Condron. She is also survived by spouses and grandchildren.
