He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Eugene and Helen Marr Michaelis; and his sister Ann Rapich. He is survived by: his wife Becky; his children, Scott, Rachel, Brett, Rebecca, Evette, Terry Steven, Hannah, Mitchell, Ben, Derek, Chelsey and Morgan; his grandchildren, Sydney, Blake Fakhouri, Julian, Clara Garcia, Zaire Camacho, Rebecca, Jacob, Jordan, Joshua, Chloe and Charlotte Michaelis; and his siblings, Cliff, Kip, Kevin, Todd Michaelis, Kimberlee Madison and Deidre Kay.
