He was predeceased by : his parents, William Monroe and Ethel Mae Parker Haskins; his daughters, Cheryl Huntsman and Noel Fullmer; and his siblings, Willie Mae Collins, Virginia Roberts, Marcell Elizabeth Hansen, Barbara Webster, Dorotha Haskins and Jean Haskins.
He is survived by : his children, Bryan Stewart of Aurora, Sue St, Fred St and James J. Haskins of Salina; his sibling William Brooks Haskins; and also Ann Wright. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
