He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clemens and Flora Fay Branning Black. He is survived by: his wife Karen Evelyn Duso of Salina; and his children, James Black (Barbara) of Payson and Phyllis Torgersen (John Payne) of Richfield. He is also survived by 2 Grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
