He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Talmage Omer and Bertha Mae Bunderson Oviatt; his former life partner Priscilla Ramos; his daughters, Cher Parkes (Derek) and Lora Dickinson (Craig); his grandchildren, Carli Slade (Statler), Zachary, Cadie and Jake; his daughters, Kim and Tori; and his granddaughters, Nikki and Cindy.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Faith Baptist Church toward the construction of an American flag memorial on the church property in honor of LeRoy.
