He was predeceased by : his father Gail Shaw; and his grandparents, Ted Shepherd and Myrt Shepherd. He is survived by : his mother Mary Shaw of Salina; and his siblings, Sheri Phillips, Gary Phillips of Murray, Jim Shaw, Ann Shaw of Aurora, Carolyn Hardy and Ray Hardy of Washington.
