He was predeceased by : his parents, William Jay and Della Rassmusen Dalley; and his son Brian. He is survived by : his wife Sue Jorgensen; and his children, Amie (Bill Tucker), AngaLee Bartholomew, Michelle (Michael Smith), Kallie Dalley, Jaylene (Mayne Mortensen) and Benjamin (Amy Dalley). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Gunnison Stake Center (80 W Center St, Gunnison, UT 84634). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
