It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adrianna Lee Costello-Martin of Salt Lake City, Utah, born in Los Angeles, California, who passed away on June 18, 2022, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Craig Costello; her aunts, Kathy and Ann; and her uncle Mark. She is survived by: her mother Deborah Heger; her children, Caleb and Claudia; the father of her children Karl; her children, Leo and Phoebe; the father of her children Michael; and her siblings, Caleen (Bret), Matt, Luke, Molly (Paul), Maren (Glen) and Elise (Clay). She is also survived by 6 nephews, 10 nieces and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
