He was predeceased by : his parents, Francis LeRoy Moore and Florence Gertrude Munson. He is survived by : his wife Jeanne T Moore; and his children, Mindy Eldredge (Scott), Amy Garlick and Marty Moore (Natalie). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Viewing was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Somerset Chapel (1885 Summerwood Dr, Farmington, UT 84025).
