It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Curtis Trumbull Atkisson Jr. (Salt Lake City, Utah), who passed away on July 19, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Konda Tanner and Curtis Atkisson, Sr.; his sisters, Konda Jean Matthews, Lauretta Larsen and Barbara Lambourne; his wife Ann Benson; his children, Jeanne, Laura, William, Brooke, Curtis, Annie, Spencer, Audrey and David; his granddaughters, Kayla and Olivia; his children, Henry, Kara (Jun Koo), Megan (Matt Powley), Ashlyn, Emily (Seth Gould), Valerie (Odie), Michael, Greta, Peter, AnnMarie and Wynn; his former wife Mary Ann Maughan Atkisson; and his daughter Rosanne Atkisson.
Viewing will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM and at 1:45 PM at the Larkin Mortuary (260 E S Temple St, Salt Lake City, UT 84111). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM and at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Salt Lake City Cemetery (200 N St E, Salt Lake City, UT 84103).
