He was predeceased by : his parents, Morris Johnson and Leah Johnson; and his siblings, Gaylen Johnson (Alaire) and Elaine Sharp (Hal). He is survived by : his wife Beverly Clark Johnson; his brother Gordon Johnson (VeeDrienne); and his children, Pam Fillmore (Robert), Paul Johnson (Martha), Charlotte Ferrin (Shawn) and Peter Johnson (Mel). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in memory of Dale to Primary Children's Medical Center or Project HOPE.
