He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Calvin Hall and Leona E Cox (Green); his former wife Connie Jean Hall (Hunter); his brothers, Larry E. and Kenneth Lee Hall; his children, Richard and Emily Hall; and his grandchildren, Hanna Karen Anderson, Jordan Danielle and Emily Joanna Kempe.
He is survived by: his wife Saundra Lowther Penz Hall; his children, Amy Lee Anderson (David), Angelyn Kempe (Joseph), Alicia Ann Woodruff (Rich) and Ariane Nielson (Mark); and his siblings, James Hall and Jennifer Kelsey (Hall). He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
