She was loved and cherished by many people including: her brothers, James, Dewayne, Lynn and Ralph; her parents, Miriam Mair Tippets and James Andrew Tippets; her family Street; her husband Eldon DeLoy Howell; her children, Brian (Jeanne Roblez), Mark, Dean, Darrin and Shelley; her grandchildren, Ben and Tess; her son Kaori Inomata; her grandsons, Marcus and Andrew; her son Cassy Wong; her grandchildren, Heili and Bryton; her sons, MaryJoy Ballantyne (Sarah) and James (Miriam); and her grandchildren, Jorden, Chase and Breeanne.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:15 PM at the Federal Heights Ward (1300 E Fairfax Rd, Salt Lake City, UT 84103). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Farmington City Cemetery (500 S 200 E, Farmington, UT 84025).
She possessed no envy or guile and was truly blessed with the gift of charity.
