He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Hart and Adriana DeVries Hart; and his brothers, John W. Hart and Fred Hart. He is survived by: his siblings, Auke Hart (Norma), Donna Lloyd (Joe), Mary Hart-Wilkinson (Robert) and Rose Spencer (Darrel); and his close friend Tiffany. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
