She is survived by: her husband Cleade Ivie; her children, Kristy Anderson (Cody Anderson), Tracy Ivie (Erick Martens), Karen Ivie (Randy Haines) and Kim Ivie (Anthony Velasquez); her grandchildren, Airika, Conner, Ashton, Chloe and Ayru; her great grandchild Ezekiel; and her siblings, Sandy (Bill), Vickie (Kevin) and David (Lori).
It was Debbie's wish that any memorial tributes be made in the form of a charitable donations to the American Lung Association or any cancer research organization of your choosing in the name of Deborah D. Ivie.
