He was predeceased by: his parents, Onie Mae Moore and Felton Baldwin; and his siblings, Edna Pearl and William Moore. He is survived by: his wife Christina "Tina" Alvarado; his stepdaughter Anna Alvarado; his stepgrandson Mateo Alvarado; his daughters, Tracey, Stacey and Amber Dawn; and his stepson Antonio Alvarado. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Salt Lake Community College (4567 S Redwood Rd, Murray, UT 84123).
