He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard McKeel and Josephine McKeel; his wife Pat; and his sisters, Kathleen Berg, Irene Vanderhoof and Geraldine Berbert.
He is survived by: his children, Theresa Elliott (Mark) and Michael McKeel (Jamie); his sisters, Lorene Shaffer and Diane McKeel; and his granddaughters, Sarah and Emily Elliott. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Broomhead Funeral Home (12600 South 2200 W, Riverton, UT 84065). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Utah Veterans Cemetery (17111 S Camp Williams Rd, Bluffdale, UT 84065).
