He is survived by: his wife Dana Kay; his daughters, Stephanie (Chuck), Brittany and Kristina; and his grandchildren, Kayden, Landon, Alexandria, Avery, Nicole, Robyn and Josh. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
