She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna May Witt and Otis Jackson Ormand. She is survived by: her husband William A. Eads; and her siblings, Ethelee Goodenough, Gary Ormand and Pamela Edwards. She is also survived by three nieces, two nephews, great nephews and niece and great-great nephews and nieces.
