He is survived by : his wife Rexanna; his children, Marsha Rarer, Webster Latimer, Gregory Latimer, Stephen Savage and Kimberly Savage; his grandchildren, Emily Savage, Dakotah Brown Savage, Chelstie Diaz, Bill Lockoff Jr. and Chelsea Leija; and his brother Dr. Ronald Latimer (Beverlie). He is also survived by children; and many other family members.
