He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Mark Kershaw; and his parents, Gordon Robert Kershaw (Gordy) and Patricia Thornton Asay. He is survived by: his wife Susan Henrie Kershaw (Susie); his children, Tammy Bigelow (Rory), Jaimie Boulton Morris, Tiffani Dean (Peter), Heather Craig (Quinn) and Brett Kershaw; his aunt Pam Cowan; and his siblings, Kathy Rothe (Alan), Alan "Chooch" Asay (Julie) and Claudia Clayton (Kelly). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
