She was predeceased by: her daughter Denise (Dennis); and her parents, David Alfred and Clarinda Alvara Samuelsen (Ohman). She is survived by: her sons, Dexter and Daren (Shauna); and her grandsons, Ian, Isaac and Matthew.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Open House (3651 S 900 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84106).
