As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Herb may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Roosevelt 11th Ward Chapel (250 W 200 N, Roosevelt, UT 84066, USA). A burial was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at the Roosevelt Memorial Park (240 US-40, Roosevelt, UT 84066). They served as a senior missionary couple, beginning their service from home during the pandemic on June 8, 2020, and later arriving in the Alpine German Speaking Mission on July 29, 2021.
