We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2022, at the age of 74, Howard Hultgren of Salt Lake City, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Erin Hultgren-Chagnon (Craig Chagnon); his parents, Walter S. Hultgren and Sylvia McIntosh-Hultgren; his brother Glen Hultgren; his wife Elaine Hultgren; his grandchildren, Ryan and Cara; and his friends, Huntsman, Intermountain, Internal, Pulmonary and Inspiration.

Howard would like donations made to Huntsman Cancer Hospital, Utah Food Bank, or Saint Judes children's hospital.
