She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Kikkert and Arentje Cornelia Kikkert. She is survived by: her brother H. John Kikkert (JoAnn Y. Kikkert); and her caregiver Char.
Her compassionate heart extended beyond her family and students, as she generously donated to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints' missionary and welfare programs, as well as directly contributing to individuals missions.
