He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Stephenson and Craig Stephenson. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughters, McKenna and Brenna; his friend Karen; and his siblings, Annette, Jeff, Derek, Matthew and Terry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
