It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jesus Manuel Garcia of Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on September 21, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Jesus farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jesus is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Hernandez and Manuel Garcia; and his sister Rosalie Salazar. He is survived by: his siblings, Ernie Garcia, Richard Garcia (Sondra), Diana Adams (Farold) and Gilbert Garcia (Norma); and his daughters, Trina Quinones (Dan) and Trudy Martin (Jason).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Et Saint Patrick Catholic Church (1058 W 400 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84104). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Et Utah Veterans Cemetery & Memorial Park (17111 S Redwood Rd, Bluffdale, UT 84065).
