He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen James and Vicki James; and his grandparents, Frank, Lorraine Adams, Virgil and Frances James.
He is survived by: his wife Melody James; his children, Olivia Balsmeier, Alexandra Balsmeier, Avienne James and Evan James; his siblings, Steve James (Lisa), Tamera Hull (Sam), Wendy Warr (Doug) and Hila Birmingham; his father-in-law Travis; and his brother-in-law Zach Diebel (Monica). He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
Viewing was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the South Jordan Stake Center (2450 10400 S, South Jordan, UT 84095).
