It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jose Antonio Miera (Salt Lake City, Utah), born in Lyden, New Mexico, who passed away on November 27, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Jose Miera and Candelaria Garcia Miera. He is survived by: his children, Mark Miera (Teresa), Mike Miera (Stacey), Terry Staples (Joe), Paul Miera (Sandy), Kelly Miera and Joann Shreve; and his siblings, Eloy Miera, Stella Milligan, Josephine Kimball and Frankie Miera. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren.
