He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Casalino Sr. (Joe) and Angela Barone Casalino. He is survived by: his wife Mikal Casalino (Miki); his sister Marie Casalino; his son Joseph Casalino (J.); his close friend Alesandra Casalino (Lexi); and his pets, Maiya and Ragnar.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to donate in his memory to either the mikeroweWORKS Foundation – promoting skilled trades education and resources, or Ballet West – providing beauty and artistry to Salt Lake City.
