He was predeceased by: his brother Ryan; and also, Robert, Joyce Metcalf, Angela and Matt.

He is survived by: his mother Saundra Lee Parker; his sons, Andrew (Lindsey), Sam (London), Eli, Rex and Oliver; his wife Katherine Metcalf; his granddaughter Elsie; his father Sam; his siblings, Darin (Rachelle), Kevin (Deana) and Rebecca; and his siblings-in-law, Brad Metcalf (Jan), Dave Metcalf (Karalee), Shauna Watts (Brent), Rich Metcalf (Cindy), Jon Metcalf (Dawn), Mike Metcalf (Jane) and Sue Hammons (Jim). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to a cause Justin co-founded and supported-Wheels of Justice (teamwheelsofjustice.org) which helps to fight and prevent child abuse.
