Olympus Ward Chapel (4635 S Lanark Rd, Salt Lake City, UT 84124). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
For the last few years of her life, as Parkinson's progressed, Karen continued to enjoy family, friends, walking, and reading.
