She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bishop and Marjorie Bishop; her husband Gordon Forslund; her brothers, Doug and Danny Bishop; her daughter-in-law Sandy Forslund; her grandson Jesse Forslund; and her son-in-law Danuel Christie.

She is survived by: her children, Mark (Michelle), Jeffrey (Sandy), Jill (Randy) and Lisa (Dan).

Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Mountain View Mortuary (3115 E 7800 S, Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121).
