She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Kournianakis Manousakis and George Emmanuel Manousakis; her husband Joseph S. Zervos; her siblings, Michael "Mitch" Manousakis, Emmanuel "Mike" Manousakis and Athena Proestakis; her siblings-in-law, Micheal Zervos, Andreas Zervos, Kosta Zervos, Nick Proestakis, Deno Kambouris, Yanni Daskalakis, Stephania Zervos, Aliki Zervos, Argyro Vaigionakis, Anna Pappadakis, Fofo Zervos, Margie Manousakis and Maria Daskalakis; and her siblings' children, Georgette Proestakis-Smith (Vaughn), Micheal Zervos Jr. (Dimitra) and Chryssi Zervos Kocolas.
She is survived by: her sister Yiayia; her daughters, Helen Condas (George) of Mission Viejo and Christie Tatum (Terry); her grandchildren, Annie Burkel (Steve), Gregory Condas (Kristen) and Katina Tatum (Patrick McHugh); her great grandchildren, Eliana, Zoey and Lilly; and her siblings, Mary Kambouris, Presbytera Zoe, Nicholas Manousakis (Presbytera Kostoula), Sophia Manousakis (Steve Bassett) and Dessie Manousakis.
In lieu of flowers, Katherine requested that donations be made to the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral and Prophet Elias Greek Orthodox Church.
