It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Parkinson Bullen-Hoagland of Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on November 23, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Virginia Parkinson and Thurlow "Tad" Bullen; her brother Thurlow "Tad" Bullen (Holly); her husband Tony Hoagland; her stepdaughters, Danielle and Heather (Mitch); her grandchildren, Oliver, Theo and Ruby; her brother Herschel (Lora); and her siblings' children, David, Jon, Sam, Anne (Joe), Ashton and Hunter. She was also cherished by friends, coworkers, neighbors.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Starks Funeral Parlor (3651 S 900 E, Millcreek, UT 84106).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Kathleen's memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
