As LaMar Monson departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved LaMar Monson. Though LaMar Monson may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Soren Neve and Letha Monson Fox; his close friend Joyce Lundgreen Fox; and his wife Betty Redd. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Lundgreen (Cathie), Guy LaMar (Amy), Christopher Neve (Susie) and Scott David (Julie); his brothers, David Monson Fox (Judy) and Jesse Neve Fox (Ginny); and also Arlene. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary (3401 S Highland Dr, Millcreek, UT 84106).
