She was predeceased by: her parents, Laurence James Smyth and Della Pearl Walker Smyth; her daughter Marilyn Hart; and her daughters-in-law, Renee Sullivan and Karen Sullivan.
She is survived by: her husband Timothy L. Sullivan; her children, Holly Haab (TJ), Michelle Jensen (Joe), Todd Sullivan, Brett Sullivan, Jennifer Reintjes (Travis), Stacey Kelly (Aaron), Shannon Weaver (David) and Patrick Sullivan; and her sister Marilyn Shaffer (Jim). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
