It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lona Mae Stratford Hyde Lauritzen of Salt Lake City, Utah, born in Ogden, Utah, who passed away on April 13, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Osmond and Lona LaVerne Stratford Hyde; her husband Vaughn K. Lauritzen; and her daughters, LonaVon Lamb and LuAnne Gustafson.

She is survived by: her daughters, Laurene Lahr, Lynette Williams and Leora Ellingson (Craig). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
