With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louie D. Sorensen (Salt Lake City, Utah), who passed away on June 10, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Louie departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Louie may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Louie leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvretta Caroline Draper (Christensen) and Neal Jefferson Draper; and her siblings, Newell (Emma), Don (Amy), Elmo, Karral (Lorna), Florence, Katy Draper and Joy Sturdevant (Draper).
She is survived by: her spouse Bry Dean Sorensen; her brother-in-law Gary Sturdevant of Bluffdale; and also Ted Sorensen (Lynda) of Salina. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park (3401 S Highland Dr, Millcreek, UT 84106).
