She was predeceased by: her parents, George Jackson Nichols and Mary Opal Pierce Nichols; her husband James J. Travis, Sr.; and her siblings, Sylvia Fox, Mary Vance, Joseph Nichols, Cecilia Howell, John Nichols and Miriam Farmer.
She is survived by: her son James J. Travis, Jr. (Jim); her grandchildren, Maggie Travis, Katherine Elsbury (Kenneth) and James J. Travis, III (Ella); her great grandchildren, Liam Bracewell, Aria Travis, Rowan Elsbury, Iris Elsbury and Walker Elsbury; and her friends, Irene Castillo and Brigitte Wagner.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the St. Vincent de Paul Church (1375 Spring Ln, Holladay, UT 84117). Viewing was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 10:15 AM to 10:45 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mount Calvary Catholic Cemetery (275 U St, Salt Lake City, UT 84103).
